You have career development interests (passions, concerns, visions, issues, ideas, etc.).Make CF work for you by having it automatically e-connect you with others who share your interests. First, search or explore CF to see if a topic about your interest already exists, and if it does, just click on the “Track this topic” button in the “Options” pull-down. (You will get an e-mail when someone replies to that topic.) If the topic does not exist, then create one in an appropriate forum. (If the right forum does not exist, then click here.) As the topic-author, you will automatically get an e-mail when someone replies. Then just sit back and wait till someone posts a reply and CF sends you an e-mail.
